We are motivated by the idea of creating a human network of mutual collaboration and a lifestyle that protects natural and organic environment and natural resources.

With regard to energy use we expect to promote as much as possible the use of renewable natural energies, while as well having an optional traditional electric grid; we will encourage future local access to energy resources sufficiently autonomous.

We expect that new and more efficient energy systems applicable to this and other projects will soon emerge. We will plan on incorporating them into our neighborhood.
We also consider to include an ecologically sanitary system for sewage and gray water using filter/purifying plants.
