The property is located in the Punilla Valley, a dream place, 4 km north of Capilla del Monte, km. 88 of Route 38 that connects Cordoba with Cruz del Eje (on the way to Los Terrones).

It is located at a distance of 810 km. from Capital Federal (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and 109 km from the city of Cordoba.

The view of Uritorco is excellent, with all its power and majesty. There are also beautiful vistas of Las Gemelas and Cerro Pajarillo.

It is an area where stones and quartz alternate with vegetation of thorns, aguaribay, quebracho and palm trees of great beauty.

The stream that meanders through the length of the property creates magical places that invite you to stay.

There have been found remains of mortars and some ancient stone walls of the comechingones people who may have formerly lived there.
Also found on the property are large numbers of birds, hares, foxes and some corzuelo.
