An area of 38 hectares will be plotted and subdivided with roads and lots according to a concept of abundance, with7 lots of 1,500 square meters per hectare.

The housing design not only will follow the landscape approach,but  it must match organic forms of life and overall aesthetics. Because each person is unique, within this framework of harmony that the place offers, creating your personal space will arise naturally.

We accept all types of building techniques as well as the knowledge, common sense and connection to the land and the place that will inspire each project to resonate internally with each owner. We understand that diversity is often richer than uniformity, creating a more interesting, more creative potential that best fit individual needs.

This will include the construction of houses following basic radiesthetic advice (Hartman and Curry, fault lines and water lines), sacred geometry and existing alternatives construction techniques.
